My wife wanted some life inside,
A pot plant she requested,
She came home with some containers,
With plants we were to be infested.
So, I grew some plants from seed,
The seedlings grew with rigour,
Soon they had touched the roof,
A testimony to my vigour.
Until the police raided our home,
On a tip they had been sent,
It seems that I had been confused,
About what a "pot plant" meant.
